The Candidate:
A university graduate, preferably with a degree in sales / marketing, with around 2 years experience in the airline industry. Aspirants from Travel & Hospitality industry can also apply.
Job Description:
The selected individual will be solely responsible for efficient operation of the King Club Member Services Centre and ensuring uninterrupted member experience member at the operating airport. This position will be assisting GRE unit to efficiently handle King Club top 10 member travel. Ensuring availability of coded King Club membership forms/collateral/branding and overall programme ownership at station. Ensuring proposals for innovative tools to increase the operational efficiency of King Club.
Candidate will be expected to deliver the higher standards of services.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken are mandatory.
Desirable Skills:
Fluency in at least one additional foreign / local language is desirable.
Working knowledge of computers and the Sabre system will be desirable
