Senior Manager- Airport IT Operations (West)

Purpose of Job:

Management and Administration of IT operations for Kingfisher Airline’s Western Indian Airports and Offices.

Job Description:

•	Manage and Administer IT Infrastructure and make recommendations.
•	Perform and/or oversee Network and Application installation, and upgrades.
•	Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
•	Troubleshoot Networks, Systems to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
•	Coordinate closely with HQ IT team and KFA Airport Staff.
•	Coordinate closely with Airport Authorities.

Educational Qualifications:

•	Graduate in Engineering / Science / Computers or Equivalent.
•	Certifications in Microsoft / Networking such as MCSE / CCNA / or Equivalent.

Experience:

•	A minimum of 2-3 Years in a similar role in managing Airport / Airlines IT Infrastructure with an overall of 8 Years experience in Information Technology handing IT Infrastructure.

Skills / Expertise:

•	Good Knowledge on various Airport systems.
•	Excellent Configuration skills in Networking Equipments.
•	Good Knowledge on Operating Systems – Windows 2003, Windows XP/Vista.
•	Excellent knowledge in Security solutions like Anti-Virus etc.
